Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, the returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and unwashed, with original tags and all original packaging materials intact.

  • Hygiene Consideration: For metal containers that may have come into contact with food, please ensure the item is returned in its original hygienic condition, free of food residue and odors.

  • Complete Accessories: All original accessories must be included (where applicable, such as wooden lids, instructions, etc.).

  • Original Packaging: Please use the original box to securely package the item to prevent dents or scratches on the metal surface during transit.

Important Exceptions: The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Dents, scratches, or rust caused by improper use: Natural markings on metal products that occur during use are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Sale items, clearance items, or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized items (if this service is offered in the future).

  • Items returned after the 30-day period.

  1. Initiate Request: Please contact us using the information below to notify us of your intent to return. Include your order number and photos explaining the reason for the return.

  2. Review & Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days and guide you on how to send the item back.

  3. Inspection upon Receipt: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions listed above. We will pay special attention to the metal surface for scratches, dents, or shipping damage caused by improper packaging.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method.

    • Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received an item with a manufacturing defect (such as peeling coating, warped lid, or poor welding), or if you wish to exchange it for a different style, please contact us first to arrange the return.

  • For defective items, we will gladly replace them with the same item free of charge.

  • For exchange requests due to a change of mind, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one for a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    • Non-quality related returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Quality issues or our error: If you are returning an item because it is defective or we sent you the wrong item, please provide photos as proof. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

  • Recommendation: Because metal products can be heavy, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot be responsible for lost packages that were not shipped with tracking.
